I am setting up my NLB for my CAS role but was wondereing if i had to use the same IP range as my main network for the NLB Nic's?

For example would this work?

* Node1 -

o "Public" NIC
* IP address: 10.10.10.11
* Subnet: 255.255.255.0
* Gateway: 10.10.10.1
* DNS: as appropriate

o "NLB" NIC
* IP address: 192.168.1.1 (not using 10.x.x.x)
* Subnet: 255.255.255.0
* Gateway: N/A
* DNS: N/A

* Node2 -

o "Public" NIC
* IP address: 10.10.10.12
* Subnet: 255.255.255.0
* Gateway: 10.10.10.1
* DNS: as appropriate

o "NLB" NIC
* IP address: 192.168.1.2 (not using 10.x.x.x)
* Subnet: 255.255.255.0
* Gateway: N/A
* DNS: N/A
