Hi folks

Quick query this one. I've had issues with an AOL recipient not receiving email due to AOL believing it as spam. As a temporary workaround, I've created a smart host with a namespace configured just for aol.com. I created a GMail account and have used this account as the account in the smart host config. Everything works as expected but the reply address in AOL returns back to the GMail address and not the domain address of the original sender on our Exchange 2003 box. Any ideas on how to get this so it responds to the Exchange 2003 address rather than the GMail address? I've tried using the Exchange 2003 account on the smart host etc but cannot get it to reply to the correct address.

Sounds like you need to understand what about your messages to AOL cause it to be classified as spam (or if you do understand, share that information). You didn't state this in your post, so I'll ask - have the recipient's spam filter settings been adjusted to try to allow your messages to get through?
