Smarthost undeliverable question

Hi all. Thanks so much for your attention. I route all my mail through an PGP gateway from my Hub transport box via a smarthost. My issue is that when I have to restart that box I get udneliverables back due to the smarthost being down. Is there something I can do to have Exchange queue this mail up in case I have to restart services on this PGP box?

You can try to disable the connector before you restart the device that way messages will get queued until you enable the connector again.
