Cant wait for the day when I have ZERO 2003 Clients to work with...

OK here goes. I have a client with a 6 node EX03 cluster (5 active / 1 passive). They want me to build a new EX03 4 node cluster (2 active / 2 passive). Migrate all the users from any two servers in teh 6 node cluster to the four node clusterso that the 6 node cluster will now be 3 active / 3 passive)

Environment is 2000 users 10,000 mailboxes. NO QUOTAS currently 5.3TB of data and NO ARCHIVE.

For the new 4 node cluster I will only create 3 SG with 1DB Each for both Active VS servers in the 4 node cluster

They have allocated 5TB of space for the new 4 node cluster:
Here is how I will chop up the storage per server(please feel free to give opinions)

MP 17GB (there storage solution can only be allocated 17GB min.)
SMTP 170GB (I always place the IIS SMTP folder bad mail, pickup etc)
Log1 170GB
Log2 170GB
Log3 170GB
SG1 600GB
SG2 600GB
SG3 600GB
