Spam Filtering in the cloud - 26.Sep.2014 6:44:29 PM

We have currently got a small MS exchange setup (2007) in the organisation, with an MX record pointing all mail directly to the server. This currently has two floors:

1. If the company internet or server is down, emails are generally bounced back.

2. Spam emails all come down the line and get filtered out after clogging up hurrendous amounts of bandwidth. If we turn spam filtering off, emails are received at a rate of between 1000-1200 per hour!

Bandwidth is extremely limited due to location.

Is there a way of routing email through an online service that caters for both of the above, filtering the emails at source and providing a buffer in the event of local server outage?

Approximately 25 users.

thanks in advance
