Hello!

I currently face a problem, that seems rather hard to google :-)

I have a single Exchange 2013 in my environment and a Indusion detegtion System Accepting mails via SMTP.
Currently the IDS grabs the messeges to analyse from a journaling mailbox and processes them.

New requirements force me to change that configuration.

I now need the Exchange to forward all recieved emails from external domains, to the IDS via smtp directly. The IDS does not deliver the mails to the internal recipients however, but merely scans them and then destroys them.
Therefore i need the current setup of recieve connectors to work as before.

Is that even possible with Exchange, to have 2 connectors with the same recieving rules, 1 forwarding, the other one accepting mails for the MailDB?

Sorry, i might have phrased my question not clearly enough.

I have to actually duplicate the incomming traffic, because the IDS will parse the emailbody and attachements to scan out of the SMTP traffic.
