Hello,

Well, it seems that someone is spoofing using one of our company e-mail aliases. It happens that this alias is tied into my e-mail account. I'm receiving bunch of bounce backs from the e-mail filter devices all over Germany claiming there's no such address, this message was considered spam etc. Obviously nobody in our little office here sent these e-mails out, the headers show various different sending IPs but none of them is ours.

We're using Exchange 2003, our e-mails (inbound and outbound) are being forwarded to the third party spam filtering company and then relayed to the recipient servers. I'm not really sure how to approach this problem, do you have any suggestions?

Simple,

Block all mail with your domain as the Sender at your 3rd Party Spam Filter.

This way all such e-mails will be bounced by your 3rd party Spam Filter provider.
