Please give me some outline step by step how to set up an exchange 2000 server on Windows 2k server for a small business (15 users)

What Do I need to do? Please help

That is a pretty broad question...I would find a good reference book and use it... There are some tutorials at microsofts website for this check out www.microsoft.com/exchange

On the same site you will find information about Active Diretory
which is mandatory for exchange 2000.
