Hi!
Back in Exchange 2003 days there were two SCL settings for IMF.
One of them was gateway level SCL based on which you could delete,archive etc. spam message. And there was Store Level SCL where spam messages where put into users Junk E-mail folder.
I found set-contentfiterconfig for setting gateway SCL in 2007. But what about Store Level SCL? Where do i find that?

Since this functionality is held on the Mailbox server role and not the Hub or Edge Transport servers, you must use the Set-Mailbox cmdlet to configure the SCL Junk Mail tresholds.

OK, that is set up, but users need to login to their Outlook or OWA and change Junk E-mail setting manually. This was like that in Exchange 2003. Is it still the same in 2007?
