Hi,

Is there any native way in Exchange or IMF to block any messages recieved with a paticular subject? I don't want to use rules as I would like this to be a global change.

Thanks!

You can do that using third-party app like SpamMover:

Blocking spam with these filters is like trying to clean the ocean with a spoon...these spammers are constantly changing their routine with "V_i_a_g_r_a" and other clever ways to bypass filters.

It will take you full time to constantly updates these filters and check if you are not catching mail that belongs in your company.

I still think the best way to minimize spam will be by implementing SPF:

Sender Policy Framework
