I'm trying to sync my folders on our web access site with the my Outlook 2007. Here's what I'm currently using: Outlook 2007 connected to Exchange 2003, using POP.

In the settings I set 'Leave messages on server'. So when I open Outlook 2007, all the messages are downloaded by also available on the Web Access (they stay on the server). This is what I want.

However, on the Web Access, I created custom folders to hold specific messages. The messages in these folders do NOT get downloaded when I launch Outlook 2007, only the INBOX does. How can I have Outlook 2007 download all  the folders  available  on my Web access?

Stop using POP.
Why are you still using POP?
You have Exchange 2003 and Outlook. There is zero need to use POP.

I seem  to remember using Exchange did not allow you to Leave the Messages on the Server. Is this still the case? That is a feature I am going to need.

POP !!!
Why POP?
You have no need to use POP.

At the very worst you would want IMAP but frankly there's no need for that either unless your Outlook also connects to a totally different Exchange environment at the same time in the same profile.

Stop using POP!! Use Outlook Anywhere as a preference and at worst IMAP.

If you configure Outlook to use Exchange (cached Exchangd mode) instead of POP3, then all messages will remain on the server and you will see all your folders too.

Configured this way, you are viewing data from the server and keeping a cop locally, which is similar to Outlook Web Access.

POP3 just looks at the inbox and pulls the messages from there unless you tell it not to. You can't see any other folders this way.
