I'm keep getting the 0x85010014 error on my PocketPC every time I try to sync and for the life of me I can't seem to figure out why. I've researched the issue quite a bit, but I still don't know why I'm getting the error message. Can anyone please help?

It reads synchronizing folders then it errors out with the message "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server. Code 0x85010014"

Also, when I type http://mail.domain.com I get "The page cannot be displayed" error message, but when using https://, it works fine and goes straight to a my OWA Forms Based Authentication page.

Following the steps in below MS KB article typically resolves this issue.

Exchange ActiveSync and Outlook Mobile Access errors occur when SSL or forms-based authentication is required for Exchange Server 2003:

I checked under Application (Event Viewer) and the error I get is Event ID: 1801, Source MSExchangeOMA, Category 1000. I don't think it's listed in the link you sent me. Thanks! Any ideas?

I've read the article and I'm 95% confident that I've that there aren't any issues with the Exchange connectivity, but I still receive the the 0x85010014 error message. Any other ideas?
