I have a 2007 SCC and the system attendant was deleted from it. Adding it back in does not work, it fails to comeback online with the rest of the cluster. Is there anyway to add this resource back into the Exchange CMS.

Do you have a backup of the cluster (e.g. via the system state?) - the only other way that I am aware of is to remove the active and passive mailbox server roles and then perform a re-install using the same (exactly the same) configuration settings (name, IP etc) and then restore the databases from backup and then reconnect the accounts (this is a very simplified method).
