TLS Requirement for Specific Domains

My organisation currently uses Exchange 2003 and we have recently been asked to setup TLS for email communications to a certain customer (bank). they have asked us to force TLS on a list of domains they have provided.

I have very little knowledge on setting up TLS, how do i go about setting this up for the domains list they provided with out interfering with normal email flow.

at the moment our SMTP connector forwards mail through our PGP server and then on through Symantec cloud and then out to the recipient.

any help will be extremely helpful.
