Any ideas on what the problem is?

Installation of Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows 2008. Redinesscheck OK

Connecting to "DC.domain.com"
Logging in as current user using SSPI
Importing directory from file "D:\Setup\ServerRoles\Common\Setup\Data\PostExchange2003_schema0.ldf"
Loading entries
1: CN=ms-Exch-ELC-Expiry-Action,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com
Entry DN: CN=ms-Exch-ELC-Expiry-Action,CN=Schema,CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com
Add error on entry starting on line 1: Busy
The server side error is: 0x21a2 The FSMO role ownership could not be verified because its directory partition has not replicated successfully with atleast one replication partner.
The extended server error is:
000021A2: SvcErr: DSID-030A09F3, problem 5001 (BUSY), data 0

0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program

Hi,

Are you installing Exchange 2007 Sp1 on Windows 2008 DC?

Is IPV6 enabled on the server?

The error indicates some replication issue, I have seen this issue in past, stopping Windows Firewall service helped in completing installation.

Please check and update.
