Dear Experts

I receive the following Error with EXPBA:

'MSFTE.DLL' file is missing from 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin' on server 'mysnode1.mydomain.dom'. This can result in Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer reliability problems.

But if I follow this instruction on the following url: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc297188(EXCHG.80).aspx
I see that all my Registry settings and also the missed 'MSFTE.DLL' File is exist under the correct folder, my question is now what I can made for solve this error?

And I receive also the following Warning with EXPBA:

The value of the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) setting 'Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration.Index=2\TcpipNetbiosOptions' on cluster node mysnode1.mydomain.dom differs from that on node mysnode2.mydomain.dom  (2 <> 0). (I cannot found any differences between both NIC Card setting)

The DHCP Client service is not running on server mysnode2.mydomain.dom  . This may cause dynamic DNS update failures, even when static IP addresses are used. (but the DHCP Service is started and already running on both CCR server)

Thank you in advance for any help..

bye
