I want to read exchange server ( .edb ) files and extract (.pst) files outside of an exchange server environment(offline).

Is there any a program or any dll to read .edb file ( priv.edb and pub.edb ) and extract all the mails to pst files of each user.
I wanted to create my own program to read the exchange server database files outside of an exchange server environment.
So basically I need to know how to read the .edb file, I mean the format and how to extract .pst file for each user from the .edb file.
