I'm trying to look at the Logons area within System Manager to look at a specific user's logons. I found that most users will have several references within the Logons section but a couple users (including the one in question) only has one entry from last month which was his Blackberry. I know he's been in the office accessing his mailbox so I'm just curious why this isn't showing up?

The user logon list is close to useless and cannot be relied upon to provide an accurate list of who is accessing their mailbox and when.
