First and foremost - hello all!

I am having a huge traffic problem. At exactly 8:45 every morning, my exchange server starts sending traffic trough my router. It's so bad - that it slows my one branch to a halt. I have put on a network monitor, but that is telling me very little of what is causing it..

Any idea's would be great!

Depends on how many users are there in the Exchange server- higher the users, more the congestion. Type of client configuration etc try to analyse the server traffic and Exhcange utilisation you may get clear pciture.
