Good morning.
I have configured a transport rule which allows me to prevent accounts that have been compromised by phishers from sending mail.

There is an account which was previously listed in the "from" category, and has since been removed. However, outgoing mail from this individual is still being redirected to the postmaster account.

Is there a way to see why this rule is still being triggered by this user?
I have not deleted/recreated the rule yet, because I would like to try to understand why this is happening first.

Restarting the Transport service on the HUB resolved this problem.

How long did you wait before you first (unsucessful) test? If I am not mistaken it takes 90 minutes (maybe 60 minutes) before transport rules refresh themselves.
