I get this error when I try to sync from Domino to AD
LDAP returned the error [13] Constraint Violation when importing the transaction

Any ideas?
Before I got this error I was getting authtication issues to the OU that I am trying to import the contacts to. I gave authenticated users write access to the OU and then got this error
