Hello

We just installed an Exchange 2016 server into our Organization which consists of one Exchange 2010 server. It's all on-premise.

When a mailbox is moved to Exchange 2016, everything seems to work fine, except for that internal Outlook clients get prompted for password every time they log in. If users click Cancel to the login prompt, they are logged in anyway, but not connected to Exchange.

Funnily enough, the problem doesn't occur using phones or OWA.

It somehow seems like an Outlook Anyhwere issue, but I cannot see where.

I disabled MAPI over HTTP with no luck.

It's confirmed that all URL's Work and the DNS configuration is valid.

Any ideas anyone?

With respect,
Søren
