Hello.

I have two Exchange 2007 SP1 CAS servers in NLB cluster.
On the first of them there is a problem with OWA:
When I try to access any folder/item (calendar, contacts and so on) except inbox, send or deleted items folder, it bring me back to inbox folder. Also, I can create a new e-mail and access address books, but I can't open (by double click) newly received mails (only old mails). On second Exchange all works fine.
I compared settings - there is no difference. No errors and warnings in event viewer. I tried to recreate virtual directories through Powershell - no results. Is there any solutions except reinstall CAS role?

Some things to check:

1. Make sure SELF has full permissions to mailbox in question.
2. In IIS Manager make sure you have correct authentication set for top level and virtual directory.
E.g.
Default web site = Anonymous, Integrated Windows auth.
/owa = Basic authentication
/exchange = Basic authentication

Apply latest Exchange 2007 Rollup update to all your Exchange servers as well to fix any known bugs.
