** I have one e-mail server and one Norton SMTP Gateway Server in my domain.

I try to make my e-mail server not be "open relay" by following the paper "Understanding Relaying and Spam with Exchange 2000" (http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF005.html).

After doing, my server do not receiver any e-mail from other domain.

Why and How to correct it.
