Does anybody know of an easy way or script to use to turn off HTTP Protocol on the Exchange Advanced area of Active Directory Users and Computers? It is enabled by default, I believe, and I would like it to be disabled for everyone and new users...

Thx...

dude, you are mis-informed. AD doesn't use HTTP.or port 80. it uses TCP port 389.
DUH!

I think telccl rather meant how to disable OWA access for users. This is fairly easy. You should be able to select multiple users in the AD, right-click and choose Exchange tasks and then modify the protocol settings. I don't know if there's a good way to set default properties in Exchange 2000 and up (it was easy in 5.5) though.

Whatever you do, don't just stop the IIS services. See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291330 for info on that.
