Hello,

We are currently in the process of moving people over to our new exchange server 2007, which is hosted on a different domain then they are currently on.

The problem is that that user already has an account on that other domain.

for example:

DOMAINONE - is the main domain, used with all servers and CRM accounts

DOMAINTWO- is current email server Exchange 2003

I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this because we can't delete the acct on DOMAINONE because it is assoicated with CRM, but we need to get them moved over to the new server.

One idea i had was to manually Export each person's stuff locally to their machines, then add the new mailbox on the new server, then import the emails to the new box. That was what i was thinking, but didn't know if there was anotherway to go about it.
