What was the reason for the original post?  Do you have a question about the information on your Exchange Server?  What did you mean by "deleting the queue"?  The messages indicate it could not connect to the recipient system.  Are you sure the domain to which the messages was intended is valid?

Thank you for explaining.  Are you sure the domains to which the messages were sent are valid?

Use the SMTP queues to isolate possible causes of mail flow issues. If a queue is in a Retry status, in Queue Viewer, select the queue and check the properties of the queue to determine the cause. For example, if the queue properties display a message that is similar to "An SMTP error has occurred," review your server's event logs to locate any SMTP errors. If there are no events in the log, increase the SMTP logging level, by right-clicking the Exchange server, clicking Properties, clicking the Diagnostics Logging tab, and then selecting MSExchangeTransport.

When I have exchange route problems I use the Microsoft Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant can help to determine the cause of performance, mail flow and database mounting issues on computers running Microsoft Exchange Server. The tool automates specialized troubleshooting steps for identified symptoms.
