Is it with just 1 particular user ?

Check for the following :

1. Check if the System attendant mailbox is disconnected.
2. If it is disconnected, in the MESO Container, check whats the HomeMDB attribute value set as for the same.If it is in "NOT SET" value, copy  the Distinguished name of the Store in which the System Attendant mailbox resides and then paste it as the value for HomeMDB in  the System Attendant mailbox.
3. Check for the Mail attribute value for  the System Attendant mailbox.
4. It should be in the format as follows : SERVERNAME-SA@domain.com
5. Send a blank mail to SERVERNAME-SA@domain.com and check if you get any rejection mails.
6.If you do not get any rejection mails, check if a New System Attendant mailbox has been created.
7.Now try updating offline address  book.
8.If still not working, just rebuild the Offline address book.

Everything shud be working fine now !!!
