Migrated to Exchange 2007 and since some users windows mobile 5 build 14928.2.2.0 are unable to download attachments. 14928.2.2.1 can download but cannot open office 2007 documents. Any ideas??

As long as your WM5 devices have the Security Pack installed, here's your fix for your attachment problem: 1) Take off email from ActiveSync (Start, Programs, ActiveSync; then Menu, Options, uncheck the Email box); reply ok to the prompt saying all of your email must be removed. 2) Probably not required, but I went into my Storage Card (using File Explorer) and deleted all of the "Inbox.mst…." folders. Then I forced a sync in ActiveSync to make sure Email was gone. 3) Next, add email back in under Options in ActiveSync. Sync again & all of your emails should have their attachments that can be opened. One key way to know you're okay is that you will now see the correct icons next to each attachment indicating the proper file type (picture icon next to pics, Word/Excel icons next to .docx/.xlsx, etc.). Please note that you need to download the Office Mobile update from Microsoft in order to read the new 2007 formats.
