Status: offline 		I have a strange issue. All user except admin group cannot login to OWA. iving the error " The user name or password that you entered is not valid. Try entering it again." If I add the user to admin group, after some time, I cabn able to login. Strange issue. Outlook is working fine for all users.

Do you have any GPO in your AD that only affects at the admin group?

You can test to disable this GPO.
