HI, I'm getting the following error when trying to mount a database:

Description:
(PID 3348, Thread 17) Task Move-ActiveMailboxDatabase writing error when processing record of index 0. Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.AmDbActionWrapperException: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: The database action failed. Error: An error occurred while trying to validate the specified database copy for possible activation. Error: Database copy 'DB2F-S' on server 'TMAIL.town.domain.com' has a copy queue length of 24507 logs, which is too high. ---> Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.AmBcsSingleCopyValidationException: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: An error occurred while trying to validate the specified database copy for possible activation. Error: Database copy 'DB2F-S' on server 'TMAIL.town.domain.com' has a copy queue length of 24507 logs, which is too high.



I'm new with Exchange and any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

To resolve the issue update the content index on the server on which it has failed.

[PS] C:\>Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy "Mailbox Database 01\EX1" -CatalogOnly
The content index should now be in a healthy state.
[PS] C:\>Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus | fl name, contentindexstate
Name : Mailbox Database 01\EX1
ContentIndexState : Healthy
Name: Mailbox Database 02\EX1
ContentIndexState : Healthy

After the content index is healthy you can attempt to activate the database copy again.

If above mentioned solution does not help, you may use a third party Exchange server recovery application to rebuild and mount the Exchange database file.
