Hi, previously the external domain name registered with a web/mail hoster with the name mpm.com. Users have been using webmail to access to the mail hoster. Last year, my ex-colleage has configured my internal domain name for Windows 2003 AD exactly same as excternal domain, which is mpm.com. Recently, I have just configured Exchange 2007 and facing some problems to send email to my user in external domain, which is not registered at Active Directory. Because this is a remote user who can only access email from webmail, as he is not registered as internal user. Everytime, when message route to this user, I receive Exchange NDR saying that this user does not exist in internal domain. Please help on how to resolve this issue. Thanks

You can set mpm.com as an Internal Relay Domain Organisational Configuration-Hub Transport-Accepted Domains Then create a Send Connector with the Address Space mpm.com and route mail to your web host through their smarthost. You will have to give the connector a lower cost than your "*" connector. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb676395.aspx
