I have a Exchange 2003 mail server running on Windows 2003. On occassion an issue arises that staff receive emails from known clients. When staff reply back to original message they receive a #5.1.1. error stating "The email account does not exist at the organization this messge was sent to. Check the email address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address". If the user creates a new message and searches for the person's email from the address book they are able to send email with no trouble. When I look at the received message and choose "properties" the only information I see is "/O=THE ROBERTS GROUP/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=user, name A.19" located in the "displayname" Does this mean there is an old record thata is not delted from AD? how do I solve this issue for reply message? sierrawdc@msn.com

Thanks
