Hi,
I was wondering, how could I use MS EXchange 2000, for a "Unified Messaging" application. I mean, where and how do i store my Voice / Fax mails? Could somebody help me with this, please.

there are many products on the market. For voicemail Cisco unity with Unified messaging uses exchange as its data store. This is what we use internally. For faxing we use Equisys Zetfax with the exchange connector.Unity integrates with many pbx's . what kind of pbx do you have? [ August 07, 2002, 03:58 AM: Message edited by: jmessina ]
