Uninstall E2K but get Info Store error - 6.May2003 9:36:00 PM

I'm trying to uninstall E2K, but it bleats that 'one or more users have a mailbox on this information store'. No-one is logged on, but sure, users have mailboxes. I've backed each one to its own .pst file (it's only a small installation), so what's the best way to:-

a) get round this
b) uninstall E2K
