You can't remove OWA through a wizard or something but you can disable it if it's because you don't want your users to be able to use the feature. Just open up the Exchange System Manager > Drill down to Protocols > HTTP > right-click Exchange Virtual Server and select Stop.

You can also disable OWA for individual AD users.

Why do you wan't to uninstall OWA?

I really have to uninstall it and then reinstall it.

The scenario is as follows:

We have an exchange organization with multiple email domains (2 actually). When we installed exchange on the second server we forgot to update the second email address in the recipient policy.

The HTTP Protocol is now installed with the wrong email address and everything is grayed out.

I therefore thought that uninstalling the OWA and reinstalling it with the second email address in place will enable us have the correct email address on the OWA for the second server

Regards
Moshe

You can reinstall OWA by reinstalling Exchange 2003, don't worry you won't loose any mailbox data etc. but as always you should do a full on-line backup before you begin.
