Hey,

I keep having a problem with my exchange where the datastores keep unmounting. This happens about once a week but the day is completely random but it normally happens during the night.
The errors that i get are:

Information Store (4076) First Storage Group: An attempt to write to the file "F:\Logs\E00.log" at offset 1238528 (0x000000000012e600) for 512 (0x00000200) bytes failed after 0 seconds with system error 1784 (0x000006f8): "The supplied user buffer is not valid for the requested operation. ". The write operation will fail with error -1011 (0xfffffc0d). If this error persists then the file may be damaged and may need to be restored from a previous backup.

Information Store (4076) First Storage Group: Unable to write to section 0 while flushing logfile F:\Logs\E00.log. Error -1011 (0xfffffc0d).

Information Store (4076) First Storage Group: The logfile sequence in "F:\Logs\" has been halted due to a fatal error. No further updates are possible for the databases that use this logfile sequence. Please correct the problem and restart or restore from backup.

An error occurred while writing to the database log file of storage group "First Storage Group". Attempting to unmount all databases in this storage group.

Information Store (4076) First Storage Group: Unable to rollback operation #3757428 on database G:\priv\priv1.edb. Error: -510. All future database updates will be rejected.

Database error 0xfffffbbe occurred in function JTAB_BASE::EcConfig while accessing the database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (TECEXCH)".

Error 0xfffffbbe returned from closing database table, called from function JTAB_BASE::EcCloseTable on table IndexAge.

That error happens on what seems to be every table

Information Store (4076) First Storage Group: The database engine stopped the instance (0) with error (-1090).

Any ideas on what could be causing the issue?

Thanks,
ieuuk

It would be helpful if you included Event ID numbers from the Application Log.  At first glance it sounds like the log files might be in use by something else when your backup software is trying to flush them.  Do you have an OS-level AV product running on the Exchange server?  Did you configure all the necessary file and folder exclusions?  You do not want the AV software to be scanning your Exchange application files (DLLs), database files (EDB and STM), or log files.
