I was looking for a way to allow file extensions INSIDE of an exchange organization but filter outgoing to external email addresses.

So I want doc, ppt, xls, exe, etc. to flow internally with no problems but I dont want anyone to send them to our users from an external untrusted email address or for our users to send them.

Similar to the Intranet/Internet settings for IE, allow safe senders and unsafe senders. (not exactly that but LIKE it.)

What is out there, how can I do this?
