Hi all,

Where can I see if the server has messages unprocessed or unsent ?

We have an external contact saying they arent getting all their emails we send.

Hi,

To make sure that these messages were sent, you can enable message tracking on the server and check if these messages (from under Sent items that the user thinks that are not sent) are in fact going out through smtp.
