I have had this similar issue before but deploying SP2 for XPP fixed it.

I have had come across another similar scenario where the user had OL2003 and he had some Distribution Groups and I installed Exchange and now from his OWA it shows those Distribution Groups with RED CROSS on it and gives the message

THERE ARE 8 UNRESOLVED NAMES IN THE DISTRIBUTION LIST.

Is there a permanent fix for this issue?

Please advise.

Has anybody been able to resolve this problem? I am having the same issues and cannot figure out how to fix it. We just migrated 100 users to exchange, and several distribution lists show "unresolved entry" in OWA. Everything works fine with Outlook, just not OWA. BTW, we are using Windows 2003 Server running Exchange 2003. The clients are all using Windows XP with SP1 (a few with SP2) and Outlook 2003. Thanks.
