I have exchange server setup on on NT4 with all the latest service packs

I have tried for hours without fail but every time one of my users login they get a blank page with no errors at all

I have read through all the FAQ`s, whitepapers etc and although i have found this of great use to my understanding i have still not solved my problem.

can somebody post some ideas to try no matter how trivial you think it is its got to the stage where i will try anything.

SO far i have give users local access etc,
enabled web-publishing incase of proxy prob
enabled all protocols, http etc

------------------
thanks in advance

The browser is internet explorer 5.5
When entering the login nothing happens it just goes straight to a blank screen

When using netscape the extra box pops up asking for a login pass, where i have tried login, login@domain.co.uk, workgroup\login etc etc

Still to no luck

PPlease any ideas

Do you have security access enabled for the Exchange virtual folder in ISM?
Anonymous access etc....?
Is HTTP configured correctly on the SITE and mailbox objects?

Hey there. I had this same problem and what I did to fix it was go into ISM, right-click the Exchange virtual directory, select Properties and click the Directory Security tab. Select Allow Anonymous and Basic Authentication. I struggled with this for a long time, did some checking in Exchange discussion groups and found nothing. Just today, I made this configuration and it worked. Hope this helps.
