I like the database feature of Ex2k3Enterprise and want to migrate our Ex2k3Standard server. Is there a recommended process other than backing up and going for it?

Recommended way to upgrade is to back it up and then run the enterprise setup over the top. worked a treat for me.

Im planning on migrating to Enterprise as well from Exchange 2003 Standard. Does anyone know if all the settings remain if I install Enterprise over the top of Standard? Is really as simple as it sounds?
