Hi Everyone,
I'm after a little guidance, if someone would be so kind. I've an Exchange and Windows 2000 -> 2003 migration to look forward to in the near future, together with the implementation of a cluster solution for our new Exchange environment. I've an idea of how I plan on proceeding and the order in which things should be done, but I'd like your learned opinions. Here's my plan:
* Upgrade EX2K to EX2K3 * Upgrade OS to 2K3 * Upgrade domain to 2K3 * Build EX2K3 cluster * Migrate mailboxes to new solution * Introduce new EX2K box for Instant Messaging
Whaddya say guys, does this look a sensible way of doing things, or do any of you have any alternate ideas?
Many Thanks in advance, Orb

Sounds like a good plan you might want to add a "Apply Service Pack(s)" task to the list though.
