I upgraded my WIN2000 sp3 Domain Controller from Exchange 5.5 to 2000. It has caused several issues. I've fixed most of them but can not figure the following out.

1)the "Show this folder as an email address book option" is dimmed out under personal folder>Properties>Outlook Address Book.

2)OWA no longer works, I get the login screen but then get a page can not be displayed message after entering my credentials.

3)Is there a way to setup new users with only internal email?

Thank you for the help.

1) You may need to readd the Address Book or create a new one

2) OWA - be sure that you have the default values set (no changes) and see if administrators can access vs. users. If so, then permissions is the problem and since it was a domain controller, I would assume policies are the key.

3) There is a way to only allow internal mail.
a) Configure all users with internal & external access to have a Custom Attribute 1 of "yup".
b) Create a new Recipient Policy to have an filter specified to search for users with this custom attrib 1 set as "Yup"
c) Set this policy to have the internal and external SMTP address (ex: @internal.local & @external.com)
d) Set the default policy to only use the internal (@internal.local)
e) Remove the existing addresses of the internal only users. Let the RUS replace the addresses
f) Create a SMTP connector with a delivery restriction set

This is the JIST, have fun
