I am trying to upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5. During the upgrade I keeping getting the following error numbers: C106fbb2 and C1032C08. I have run edbutil and it also failed at about 70% and I ran ininteg. No errors were found. The priv.edb is about 9G. Any help on how to get through this upgrade would be great! Thanks.

According to Article Q175908, there is either corruption, which I doubt from the tests you've done, or not enough system resources. I would reboot the machine prior to the upgrade, make sure there is 1.5x the database sizes of available space, and run a defrag. I'm not actually sure how much space is required for the upgrade, I went straight from 4.0 to 5.5, but if memory serves me corectly it takes more space than a defrag. Another option would be to add a new server (5.5) to the site, move the users at your leisure, then after a few weeks remove the 5.0 server following the q article to remove the first server from the site. Pat.

If you are using EDBUTIL and its failing, you are going to have to get that worked out first. If your data store is 9gb, you will need at least another 9gb free to fix your database.
