I have been through the first 8 steps of the "Upgrade from Exchange 2000 native mode" and all has gone well. Now that I am actually trying to do the upgrade itself, I am getting the error "Setup encountered an error while checking the prerequisites for Microsoft Exchange" 0xc007003a (58). Cannot perform the requested operation"

I have been all over Miscrosoft's website and the only help I have found is on a tech forum and the person advises that she turned off Active directory connector and the worked for her. I have done that as well and I still have this error. It seems to be a general error, but man, I wish it told you what "prerequisite" was not right. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Perhaps the Application log contains a more detailed error message?
