Hi

I am Upgrading from exchange 2k to 2k3.

However some developers are nervous that the public folders they use changes their store-id or event-id?

I have w2k3 ad up running. My plan is to run exchange forrestprep and domainprep. Then put up a E2k3 up beside my E2k. Then we can test it my moving one folder.

I don't believe there would be any problems with the store and event-id, however i wouldn't like to be wrong. especially if something happens during the AD schema changes.

Any help would be apreciated

Hi,

While doing so, can you please keep a close look on Application Log on both the exchange server.

Hi Rahul

The projekt has been postponed for the time being. I would still appreciate any input.

Does eventviewer aplications log give good information of the installation.
