We have recenlty purchased a new bigger stronger faster, server,, our current exchange server is dying and neeeds to be put out of its misery ,, I have up to date working backups of exchange,, just wanted to ask what is the best method for reinstalling exchange on another machine and minimize the impact on the network, woud like for this to be seamless as possible. install exchange in disaster recover mode on the new server , or cluster the servers and then turn the old one off?
