Hello,
I am trying to move existing exchange 5.5 (NT 4.0) to a new computer with Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000. I am following Article # Q259712 from support.Microsoft.com but after many attempts still no success, before I was getting
the following error

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Site
Replication Service with error code 0XC0070535 (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again."

One guy on this news group suggested that this is due to the conflict between LDAP and AD port, so better to install new exchange 2000 server on Windows 2000 server without AD. I tried this and this time I got the following error

"Setup failed while installing sub-component System Attendant service with error code 0xC0070035 (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed setup again."

Any help would be highly appreciated. My objective is to move existing exchange 5.5/NT.0 to Ex.2k/Win2k. Currently no Win2k server running on our domain.
Thanks
