Hi:

I have 3 Servers running NT4. 1 PDC and 2 BDC's.

I plan to repalce all the 3 Servers with Windows 2003 and have Active Directory on the Main Server and install the other 2 as member servers.

Install Exchange on one of the member server.

How do I perform this install, Do I need to run Forestprep and domain preps?
Please advice.

If you have the necessary permissions then DomainPrep and ForestPrep will be run automatically during the Exchange installation.
